DESCRIPTION:Indica; Omega: a multi-sensory album and performance exploring Black expression\, mental health and marginalization.\nA performance installation and artist-community talkback will take place on October 7\, 2021 assembling at 4PM and beginning at 4:20PM sharp and ending at 6pm. We will be filming and recording the performance and talkback with Indica; Omega’s creator Ayrah Taerb and moderator Jermaine Henry. \nThese are some of the themes bound to come up in the work and discussion: \n\nUnacknowledged creative genius among the marginalized\nDestigmatizing lifestyle decisions made by the unapologetically Black\nHarm Reduction for the artist population\n\nThe Indica; Omega performance will be available on sketch.ca/publicart/indica at a later date.
